Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Australia: Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95 AUD, with free shipping on orders over $120 AUD. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

International: Shipping is available for a flat rate of $19.95 AUD, with free shipping on orders over $180 AUD. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
